We aim to dispatch all goods within 1 working day or by 2pm where placed same working day, orders are generally sent with recorded delivery although courier may vary depending on location. Please note international orders may require extra processing time due to customs paperwork.

DHL Express are our standard courier and cover the following countries with the DHL Economy Service which is a 3-5 day tracked and signed for service – goods are usually cleared in transit and customer billed via SMS and e-mail any pending import duty/tax prior to delivery

Despatch & Delivery
In cases where goods are to be delivered by the Company to the buyer or collected by the Buyer from the Company within a period detailed in the contract and where the buyer cannot accept delivery or effect collection in the said period the Company shall, if it’s storage permits, store the goods and take all reasonable steps to prevent their deterioration until their actual delivery or collection and the buyer shall be liable to the Company for the cost (including insurance) of its so doing. This provision shall be in addition to, not in substitution for, any other payment or damages for which the buyer may become liable in respect of his failure to take delivery or collection at the appropriate time. The Company will replace free of charge goods damaged or lost in transit (excluding any transit from the Company’s Stores in respect of goods collected from there by the buyer), or make up an incomplete delivery provided the buyer gives the Company written notification of such loss or incomplete delivery within 72 hours.
You agree in the event of any parcel returned due to failure to pay the appropriate customs, duties, taxes etc or supplying the incorrect contact info for the carrier, that you will bear full charge for the return shipping at the pro-rate from the shipper – we will endeavor to ensure you have a access to a tracked, accountable and responsible carrier service but in the events covered up you agree to indemnify us against ALL return costs due to yourself failing to provide correct and accurate information – you agree in the event of any return parcels to origin the original shipping and return costs will be deducted from your refund.
Please note the onus is on the customer to ensure that any goods they requested to be imported are within their remit legally and we will not be held responsible for any products or goods seized because the customers fails to produce the relevant license or relevant contact information to the appropropiriate authorities, or knowingly requests restricted items to be imported.
