In most cases electronic clearance procedure with our courier means you’ll get your goods in most cases customs cleared before they even arrive in the country and all you need to do is pay the appropriate customs charges if any, sometimes there is also SMS and e-mail tracking keeping you updated on your goods every step on the way.

As a guideline, most EU based deliveries from recent experiance take 3-4 days to arrive after dispatch with Express and US and Canada may take 7-10 depending on courier

Consumers are responsible for their own individual parcels and parcels are generally sent with DHL whom contact the end receiver for the payment of liabilities like import duty which is required prior to delivery.
Generally countries with the EU benefit from the cost effective use of the DHL Economy Select service which offers the same efficient service as the traditional express route albeit at a slower service, generally only a few days however over Express, it is reliable and fully tracked and in our experience far superior to domestic services in 3rd party countries and other countries like UPS.
If you need something urgently please note we can use the Express service but it does cost a lot higher, but we will always show the options available.
